Launch, run, measure, start again.
We start with ideas we want to exist. Most begin as a small prototype and stop there, which is fine: stopping early costs less than keeping alive something nobody uses. The few that find people become products, and that is when the real work starts. Hosting, support, bugs, the second version, the fifth.
We design, build, deploy and operate everything ourselves, and we write down what changes. Both of our public products keep a changelog: Infinite Quiz and DiscordGate.
